With four different display options, the stand adapts to the specifications of the designated viewing space and the TV in question. The TV can be mounted directly to the stand, mounted to the wall, placed on the stand, or placed on the stand while a second TV is mounted to another room’s wall. The 42-inch stand boasts a 250-pound weight capacity and best suits televisions with a 42-inch screen or smaller for on-stand placement. When wall mounting, however, the stand’s removable universal wall mount accommodates screens as large as 52 inches and up to 150 pounds. The wall mount provides several different height settings, and allows tilting the screen up and down 15 degrees. To obtain the best angle for viewing, the mount swivels left to right.
The TV stand’s frame and mount feature strong steel construction with black powder coat finish, while a solid hardwood front adds style. For holding DVD players, video game systems, stereo components, and more, the TV stand provides three shelves, crafted in 8mm beveled tempered safety glass. The TV stand benefits from concealed cable management. The TV stand requires home assembly and comes with thorough instructions and necessary hardware.
